Terms of Service

1. The service

Sawwir turns your product photos into professional marketing images using AI: ready templates, background changes, photoshoots, on-model display, recoloring, beautifying, flat-lays and 4K upscaling.

Outputs are generated by an AI model and can occasionally contain mistakes or inaccurate details. Review every image before using it commercially.

2. Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use Sawwir, and you confirm this at signup.

Sign-in is via your phone number and a one-time code (OTP). You are responsible for protecting your number and device; anything done through your account is attributed to you. One account per person/store.

3. Your photos & content — your sole responsibility

You must own the rights to everything you upload (product photos, reference images, your brand logo). Do not upload photos of people without their permission, or content that violates the law or others' rights.

You are solely and fully responsible for all content you upload and for any misuse of the service. If you upload a photo of any person (including in the "dress your model" try-on feature), you represent and warrant that you obtained that person's explicit consent to use their photo and digitally change their clothing, and you alone bear any legal liability arising from using someone's likeness without consent or violating their rights. Your acceptance of these Terms at signup includes this acknowledgement.

You keep ownership of your original photos. You grant us a limited licence to process them (send them to our AI provider, store them, and display them to you in the app) solely to provide the service. Photos of people are processed transiently to produce the result — we never extract or store facial-recognition data.

4. Generated images

Images Sawwir generates for your products are yours to use commercially (your store, ads, platforms).

Free-plan outputs carry a "Made with Sawwir" mark. Paid plans are unmarked, with the option to add your own brand watermark.

AI-generated models are fictional people; do not present them as real individuals endorsing your product.

5. Credits & plans

The service runs on credits (⊙): every feature has a published cost shown before you generate, and the amount charged always equals the amount shown. Attached reference images and scene backgrounds add ⊙1 each per output.

Credits renew every 30 days per your plan and do NOT roll over: any remaining balance expires at period end. Credits are not money, are non-refundable for cash and non-transferable.

If a generation fails for a technical reason on our side, its credits are refunded automatically. Disliking a technically valid result is not grounds for a refund — use Tweak or New Try instead.

6. Payment (current)

Online payments are still being set up. For now, subscribing works by manual CliQ transfer plus a WhatsApp receipt, after which we activate your plan.

Prices are shown in-app in Jordanian Dinars. Activating a plan starts a fresh period immediately and expires any previous balance (no rollover). An unrenewed paid plan reverts to the free plan at period end.

7. Community gallery & sharing

When generating, a "share to the community gallery" option is ON by default — you can turn it off before generating, or unshare any image later at any time, which removes it from the gallery immediately.

Nothing is published before we review and approve it. An approved share displays the output image (and your "before" photo if you allowed it), your store name, and the prompt used — so others can apply it to their own products ("remix").

By sharing you grant Sawwir and its users a licence to display the image and prompt inside the app and its public pages, and to use the prompt on their own products. This licence stops for future use when you unshare.

8. Sharing meter & referrals

Approved shares and remixes of your prompts add points to your sharing meter; a full meter can be redeemed for a small credit grant. The referral program likewise grants credits to you and to people you invite.

These rewards are incentives that may change or stop at any time and are not a financial obligation. Gaming them (fake accounts, self-referrals, coordinated farming) voids the rewards and may lead to account suspension.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use Sawwir for any of the following:

• Illegal or deceptive content, or content infringing intellectual-property rights (including presenting counterfeit products as genuine)
• Uploading photos of people without their consent, or any abusive or inappropriate content
• Attempting to bypass usage limits or the credit system, or creating multiple accounts to game them
• Reselling the service or automated access (scraping/bots) without a written agreement

10. Usage limits

To protect the service we apply technical limits (such as a daily cap on free-plan generations and upload rate limits). We may adjust them for operational reasons.

11. Suspension & termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings — everything is permanently erased (see the Privacy Notice). Remaining credits are not compensated on deletion.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms. If we terminate without a violation on your part, unused payments are refunded.

12. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties about result accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. For any material change we bump the version number and ask for your agreement again in-app before continued use.

14. Law, jurisdiction & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan; the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over disputes.
